Pentair HydroBoost Booster Pump 115/230V 60Hz

The Pentair HydroBoost, part number 360526, is a booster pump for pressure side pool cleaners. It takes water after the main pump and filter and raises it to the pressure the cleaner needs, so the cleaner runs at full performance without leaning on the rest of the system.

Motor and electrical

The motor is dual voltage, 115V or 230V at 60Hz, so it wires into either supply. It is a totally enclosed fan cooled design, sealed against dust, water and insects and cooled by an external fan, and it runs whisper quiet on the pad.

On the pad

Plumb it after the filter on the cleaner line and control it from a timer or automation so it only runs while the main pump is circulating. Done that way it improves circulation and overall system performance while keeping energy use in check.
