Hayward 1.5 HP Power-Flo LX Pump with 6' Cord

The Hayward W3SP1580X15 is a 1.5 HP Power-Flo LX above ground pool pump supplied with its strainer and a 6 ft standard 3 prong cord. It runs on 115 V and draws 15 A, so it plugs into a household GFCI outlet without an electrician.

Built for above ground pools

The Power-Flo LX is Hayward's workhorse for above ground pools. The integral strainer pot and basket collect leaves and debris ahead of the impeller, and the 1-1/2 in. connections match the plumbing on most above ground sand and cartridge filters.

Setting it up

Set the pump on a level base below the water line, plumb the suction and discharge with 1-1/2 in. fittings, fill the strainer pot and plug it in. Keep the cord clear of the water and use a GFCI protected outlet.
