Polaris 5-111-00 is the wide sweep nozzle for the Spa Wand. It is the genuine Polaris part, sold on its own as a replacement.

What the wide sweep does

Nozzle shape decides what the flow does when it leaves the wand. A wide sweep nozzle spreads that flow across a broader path, which is what you want when the job is moving debris across a surface rather than driving into one corner.

Why nozzles get replaced

The nozzle is the end of the tool that touches everything. It gets dropped on decking, dragged over steps and knocked against the spa shell, and it cracks or chips long before anything else on the wand wears out. Once the tip has lost its shape the spray pattern goes with it, and a new nozzle puts the wand back to how it worked when it was new.
