The Polaris C64 is the plastic wheel washer used on the Polaris 180 and 280 pressure side pool cleaners. It is the genuine factory part.
Small part, real job
The washer spaces the wheel on its axle. When it is fresh, the wheel turns freely and stays square to the frame. When it has worn thin, the wheel gains side play, and that play works its way through to the bearings and the axle, which cost more to replace.
