The Polaris 9-100-5132 is the O-ring for the feed pipe assembly on the Polaris 380 and 360 pressure side pool cleaners. It is the genuine Polaris part.
The job it does
Pressure side cleaners run on water pressure delivered through the feed pipe. This O-ring seals that path. When it hardens, flattens or splits, pressure escapes before it reaches the jets and turbine, and the cleaner responds by slowing down, climbing badly or losing the sweep tail action entirely.
When to change it
Any time the feed pipe assembly comes apart, put a new O-ring in rather than reusing the old one. It costs very little compared with chasing a pressure loss twice.
