The Pentair 230330 is the high flow retro-fit replacement head for the Pool Valet cleaning system, supplied in white. It is the genuine Pentair part.

When to replace a head

Cleaning heads take the whole load of an in floor system. Over the years the moving parts wear and a head stops turning, stops sealing, or stops coming back down. The system keeps running, so the fault is easy to miss until one part of the floor is always dirty while the rest is clean. Swapping the head that has stopped working restores that section of the pattern.
