The Raypak B-R406A-EN-C is a 399K BTU natural gas pool and spa heater built to the ASME code, with a bronze header and a copper heat exchanger. It is the configuration for installations from sea level to 2,000 ft.

ASME, bronze and copper

The ASME stamp is what commercial and public pools normally have to specify, and it does no harm on a large residential pool. The bronze header handles the water path in and out of the exchanger, and the copper tube exchanger is the standard choice for a pool kept on balanced chemistry.

Digital IID

Intermittent ignition means there is no standing pilot burning between calls for heat. The digital control lights the burner when the pool or spa needs it and shuts it down when the setpoint is reached.

Before you order
