Product details

Raypak 006711F is the Capron header tube bundle for the R405, the 405,000 BTU heater. It is the genuine Raypak part and it arrives with the polymer headers already on it.

What is in the box

The bundle, 8 baffles, a bolt kit, a flange nut kit and 2 o-ring gaskets. That covers the hardware the job actually needs, which matters on a heat exchanger swap because a missing gasket stops the work halfway.

When a bundle is the answer

The tube bundle is where a heater fails when water chemistry has been out for a long stretch or the unit has been run at low flow. Once tubes are leaking or badly scaled, cleaning does not bring the output back and the bundle is replaced as an assembly.

Before ordering

Confirm you have the R405 rather than another model in the range. Bundles are model specific and a 405,000 BTU assembly will not stand in for a smaller heater.
