The Paramount 004-302-4402-00 is the 2-port 5 gear module used inside Paramount in-floor cleaning system water valves. It is supplied with the valve shell O-ring.
What it does
An in-floor cleaning system does not run every head at once. The water valve feeds one group at a time and steps to the next group on a fixed cycle, and the gear module is the mechanism that does the stepping. When it wears out, the cycle stalls: some heads pop up and stay up, others never rise, and the floor stops getting swept evenly.
