Product details

The Pentair 520106 is the genuine OEM relay rated to support a pump up to 3 HP, made for the IntelliTouch and EasyTouch control systems.

What it does

The relay is the switch that stands between the control system and the pump. The control system decides when the pump should run, and the relay is what actually carries the load to make that happen. Install it and the pump becomes part of your programs rather than something you switch on separately.

Relays wear because they make and break under load. When contacts finally stop making, the symptom is a pump that will not start on a schedule even though the control system says it should be running, which sends plenty of owners looking at the pump first. Swapping the relay in the load center is the cheaper thing to rule out.
