The cover is rated at 264 GPM in a floor installation and 224 GPM in a wall installation. Those numbers are shown for a single unit, which matters when the system runs a dual drain and the rating has to be worked out across both outlets.

Rated life

Compliant suction outlet covers carry a service life, and this one is rated for 7 years. That is not a warranty figure, it is the point at which the cover has to come out and be replaced to keep the pool compliant. Ultraviolet light and pool chemistry make plastic brittle long before it looks worn, which is the reason the limit exists.
