Product details

Part 77707-0011 is the blower and adapter plate gasket kit for the burner system used by the Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm and the Pentair MasterTemp. It is sold under both names because the two heaters share that assembly.

What the gaskets seal

The adapter plate is the joint between the blower and the burner. The gaskets at that joint keep the combustion air path sealed, so a crushed or torn gasket lets air in where it should not be and changes how the burner fires.

When to fit it

Whenever the blower or adapter plate is removed. Gaskets get compressed in service and rarely come apart cleanly, so the kit is what you order alongside any burner system teardown rather than after the leak appears.
