The 42001-0030S is the igniter bracket for the Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm SR-200, SR-333 and SR-400 pool heaters. It is a new OEM part and belongs to the Max-E-Therm electrical system parts group.
What it does
The bracket holds the igniter in its correct position at the burner. That position is not approximate: the igniter has to sit where the flame will reach it, and a bracket that has softened, warped or cracked in years of heat moves the igniter far enough to cause intermittent lighting.

This is the bracket by itself. The igniter and the gasket that seals it are separate parts, so if you are chasing a no-light fault look at all three while the panel is open. Confirm the model on the heater plate reads SR-200, SR-333 or SR-400.
