This is the 77707-0111 air orifice kit for the model 200 Max-E-Therm pool heater. It is a burner system part, supplied as a kit.

What it does

The air orifice meters the air side of the burner. Gas heaters fire cleanly only when air and fuel arrive in the right proportion, so an orifice that is damaged, blocked or simply the wrong size for the heater shows up as rough ignition, poor flame or soot in the burner tray.
