The Sta-Rite 77707-0232 is the tube sheet coil assembly kit for Pentair MasterTemp and Sta-Rite Max-E-Therm heaters, models 200NA and 200LP, built prior to 1-12-09.

What makes these heat exchangers different

On the MasterTemp and Max-E-Therm, the tubes in the tube sheet assembly are generally round in shape rather than straight and flat like most other heaters on the market. The plate at the end of the tubes measures 5-1/2 in. wide by 8-1/2 in. tall, the assembly runs roughly 13 in. side to side, and it measures about 15 in. from the end of the plate to the opposite end of the coil.

A kit, not just the coil

Pulling a heat exchanger disturbs sealing surfaces that have been in place for years, so the kit includes a tube of high temperature RTV silicone and an o-ring kit, a set of 12, carried under part number 77707-0119.
