Product details

The Sta-Rite 17307-0110S is the tank body assembly, the strainer pot housing, for the IntelliPro VS 3050 and other IntelliPro variable speed pumps, the Max-E-Pro series and the Pentair Pinnacle. It is the genuine Pentair Sta-Rite part.

When to replace it

The housing is the part that takes the abuse: freeze damage over a winter, a crack from an impact, or a drain plug port that has been overtightened until it will no longer seal. Once the body itself is compromised, a new o-ring or plug will not stop the leak and the housing has to be replaced.

What is and is not included

This is the tank body on its own. The trap cover lid assembly, the V clamp that holds the lid, and the drain plug are separate part numbers. If any of those are damaged too, order them alongside the housing so the pump goes back together in one visit.
