The King Technology 01-22-9426 is the body o-ring for Perform-Max 940 and 960 in ground chemical feeders manufactured before 1992.

Check the vintage first

This part is listed specifically for pre 1992 feeders. Later bodies use a different ring, so if you do not know the age of your unit, compare the old o-ring against this part number before ordering.

Fitting it

The ring seals the feeder body where it closes, and it is what holds system pressure once the feeder is buttoned up. Clean the groove out before the new ring goes in and use a silicone lubricant made for pool o-rings. Petroleum based grease swells the material and ruins it.
