What it controls
Up to eight functions on the EasyTouch system, which in practice covers valve actuators, lights, heaters, solar heat, IntelliChlor salt cells and the IntelliChem water chemistry controller. Whatever the eight circuits have been assigned to at the panel is what the handset reaches.
Where you use it
The point of the wireless controller is that the equipment pad stops being the only place the pool can be changed. It works from the back yard, from poolside and from inside the house, so turning on the spa or the lights does not mean a walk to the panel.
