Product details

The CMP 25526-000-000 is a 4 in. extension collar for in-ground skimmers, made by Custom Molded Products to replace the Sta-Rite SwimQuip U-3 extension collar, Pentair part WC37-503P. It raises the lid so it can finish at deck level.

What it does

An extension collar adds height between the skimmer and its lid. It is the fix when the finished deck or coping ends up higher than the top of the skimmer and the lid sits low in a recess. Pentair's U-3 instructions call for the cover to be flush with the deck and warn of a tripping hazard when it is not.

Pentair lists WC37-503P among its U-3 skimmer parts and marks it for use on vinyl liner skimmers. CMP lists 25526-000-000 as its part for that collar and describes it as a 4 in. collar.
