The Waterway 519-6570 is the extension ring for the Skim-Pro pool skimmer. It sits between the skimmer body and the lid and raises the whole opening so the finished top lines up with the deck.
When you need one
Skimmers get set before the deck is poured, and the two do not always end up at the same height. If the concrete finishes above the top of the skimmer, the lid sits in a dish and collects water and grit. An extension ring lifts the opening to the new surface level without touching the skimmer that is already cast into the wall.
