Fine mesh versus coarse
Fine mesh holds the small material, sand and silt that a coarse bag passes straight back into the pool. If your pool takes in fine grit from decking or wind blown dirt, this is the bag to run. Coarse mesh is a separate part and suits pools that mostly deal with leaves.
When to change it
