The Raypak 002477F is the inlet and outlet flange for the P334, P404 and P514 pool heaters. It is the genuine Raypak part, and the same flange appears under Raypak number 334-824.
What it does
The flange is the joint between the heater header and the two inch pool plumbing. It carries every gallon the pump pushes through the heater, and it lives in a spot that sees heat, pressure and pool chemistry all at once. When the flange face is cracked, distorted or chemically attacked, the joint weeps and no amount of extra torque on the bolts will stop it.
Before you order
Check that your heater is a P334, P404 or P514, and that the plumbing is two inch. The part is used on either side of the heater, so the same flange covers the inlet and the outlet.
