Pentair Kreepy Krauly Legend Pool Cleaner

The Pentair Kreepy Krauly Legend, part LL505G, is a pressure side automatic cleaner for inground residential pools. It runs off a dedicated booster pump, sold separately, which gives it its own power source rather than sharing suction with the skimmer and main drain. Longtime pool owners will know it as the Letro Legend; it is the same cleaner under the Pentair name.

Built for leaves

The Legend has a large intake throat, so it takes large leaves as easily as it takes sand and silt. It is rated for small, medium and large leaves, which makes it a good match for pools under trees where a smaller throat would clog. While the head works the floor, the surface skimming action carries on unimpeded.

Before you order

Plan on a booster pump if you do not already have one plumbed in. The standard Legend is the version listed here; a gray version is available separately for darker pool finishes.
