The source lists it for Hayward NorthStar SP4000 and SP4000X pumps built in 2007 and earlier, for the Max-Flo VS, Max-Flo XL SP2300X, Max-Flo XE, Max-Flo II SP2700X and Max-Flo VS500 Omni pumps, and for a wide range of ProSeries and Swim Pro sand filters including the S140T through S270T tanks, the VL210 series, and the GM195, GM225 and GM245 units. It is also given as a replacement for Jacuzzi 47046402R, 47036405R and 47036447R, and for Marlow 4480200.
Generic versus OEM
This is a generic o-ring, not the factory part, and it is priced accordingly. A genuine Hayward o-ring in the same 6-3/4 inch size is available separately if you would rather fit the OEM piece.
Fitting
Clean the groove and the mating face before fitting, and use a silicone o-ring lubricant made for pool equipment. A dry o-ring can roll out of its groove as the lid is tightened, and it will bond itself to the cover by the next time you need to open it. Measure your old ring before ordering, since neighboring sizes look very similar out of the machine.
