Product details

The SuperPro B-37 is a generic replacement basket for the Pentair American Products S-10 Admiral in ground skimmer. It drops into the same skimmer that takes the factory 850001 basket and is also sold against the numbers B37 and 27180-037-000.

Check the measurements

Skimmer baskets look alike and are not interchangeable. This one is 8-7/16 inches across the top, 7-3/4 inches tall and 7-1/2 inches across the bottom. Pull your old basket and measure it against those three numbers before ordering, because a basket that is close but not right will sit high in the throat and let debris slip past.

Why a cracked basket matters

The skimmer basket is the first filter in the system. Once the rim cracks or a wall splits, leaves and grit go straight down the suction line to the pump strainer, and from there to the impeller. Replacing a worn basket is a cheap way to keep that from happening.

This is an aftermarket part, built to the original dimensions rather than supplied by the skimmer manufacturer.
