The Century UST1072 is an up rated 3/4 hp pool pump motor for the Hayward Super Pump, Super II and Max-Flo II, covering the 1600X and 2600X series. It is a single speed 3450 rpm motor on a 56J frame with a threaded shaft.

Electrical

Single phase, 60 Hz, wired for 230 or 115 V and drawing 5.5 A or 11.0 A respectively. Output is 3/4 hp, 0.56 kW, at a service factor of 1.00. It is a capacitor start, capacitor run design with a sealed switch, built to UL 1081, open drip proof, with automatic thermal protection and a 50 C ambient rating. Insulation is class B.

Mechanical

56J frame with round mounting and a rolled steel shell. The shaft is 303 stainless steel with a 7/16 in. thread, 0.625 in. in diameter with a 2.56 in. extension, running on ball bearings at both ends with a 304 bearing at the shaft end. Overall length is 13.20 in. and the frame length is 7.38 in. Rotation is counterclockwise viewed from the pump end.
