Raypak 100-10006535 is a kit of two 2 in. CPVC connectors with their split nuts. It is the genuine Raypak part for the plumbing connections at the heater.

What is in the kit

Each kit holds two connectors and the split nuts that go with them. The split design means the nut assembles in halves around the pipe rather than sliding over the end of it, which is what lets the heater be unplumbed and plumbed back without cutting.

When to order

CPVC connectors and nuts get brittle over years of heat cycling, and a cracked nut shows up as a slow weep at the heater connection. Since the parts come as a pair, one kit covers both sides of a heater.
