Product details

The Stenner FC5040D is the feed rate control for Classic 45 and 85 series adjustable output pumps, and it ships with its shaft. It is the genuine Stenner part.

What it does

On an adjustable Stenner pump, the feed rate control is what sets how much chemical the pump delivers. Turn it, and the output changes. When the control wears, will not hold a setting or no longer moves cleanly, dosing stops being repeatable, and a pump that cannot be trusted to hold a rate is worse than no pump at all.

Before you order

This is for the adjustable output Classic 45 and 85 pumps. A fixed rate pump has no rate control to replace. Stenner designed these pumps as a set of components that come apart, so fitting a new control is a straightforward swap rather than a rebuild.

Does the shaft come with it?
Yes. FC5040D is supplied as the feed rate control together with its shaft.

No. The feed rate control is only used on the adjustable output models, since a fixed rate pump has no rate setting to change.
