Stenner UCCP201 is a two pack of genuine #1 Santoprene pump tubes with 1/4 inch ferrules. The tube is the wearing part in a Stenner peristaltic feed pump, and it is rated for 0 to 100 psi.
How the tube wears
A peristaltic pump squeezes the tube against a roller to move chemical, so the tube is under constant flex whenever the pump runs. Stenner calls for replacing it annually. When a feed pump runs but no longer moves product, the tube is the first thing to look at.
Fitment and compatibility
The facts carry two ways of describing what it fits. The detail list names the 45, 85, 100 and 170 Series adjustable and fixed pumps together with the SVP and BDF Series, while the title describes the same tube as fitting Classic and S Series pumps. Check your pump against both. Also check the Stenner chemical compatibility guide before fitting, because Santoprene is not the right tube material for every chemical.
