Pentair IntelliFlo3 and IntelliPro3 Pump Rebuild Seal Set Kit

The Pentair 357872 is the factory seal set for IntelliFlo3 and IntelliPro3 pumps. It gathers the shaft seal and every o-ring you disturb when the pump is opened up, so a motor replacement or a leak repair can be finished with new seals throughout rather than a mix of old and new.

What is in the bag

The 356210S stainless steel shaft seal assembly, rated for salt and ozone pools, along with the 356173Z seal plate o-ring, the 356190Z diffuser o-ring, the 356189Z strainer pot lid o-ring and a pair of 192115Z drain plug o-rings.

Why replace them all

O-rings take a set over time and rarely reseal once disturbed. A pump that drips at the shaft, weeps at the seal plate or pulls air at the lid after a rebuild is almost always down to a reused seal. Fitting the full set while the pump is apart avoids a second teardown.
