Product details

The SuperPro GO-KIT2V-9 is a gasket and o-ring kit for Hayward® Super II™ and Super-Pro pumps, built with Viton seals. SuperPro sells it as Gasket and O-Ring Kit 2 in the Viton material.

Why Viton

Viton stands up better to heat and to chemical exposure than standard seal rubber. If o-rings on this pump have been going hard or flattening early, moving to the Viton kit is usually the answer rather than replacing like for like.

When to use it

The kit makes sense whenever the pump is coming apart anyway. Replacing every soft part at once costs little more than replacing one, and it avoids taking the pump down twice for the same job.
