Product details

The Pentair 357228Z is the strainer pot for the OptiFlo above ground pool and spa pump, supplied with its drain plugs. It also fits the Jacuzzi JPA Pro Grade pump that Leslie's sells as 622383, which shares the same wet end.

When you need one

Pots crack when water is left in them over a freeze or when the lid is cranked down too hard. Once the pot leaks, the pump draws air, loses prime and runs hot. Replacing the pot restores the seal without replacing the whole pump.

What is included

The pot body and the drain plugs. The lid, lid o-ring, clamp and basket are not part of this listing, so check those while the pump is apart.
