The Pentair 350091Z is the clear strainer cover for the SuperFlo pump, the lid that sits over the strainer pot at the front of the pump. Pentair also lists it as 350091. It is the genuine factory part.
Why lids get replaced
A pump lid takes sun, heat and chlorinated water for years. It clouds first, so you can no longer see the basket, then it crazes, and eventually it distorts or cracks and stops sealing. Once the seal is gone, the pump draws air on the suction side and loses prime, which is usually the point at which the lid gets blamed correctly.
What is in the box
The cover only. The lid o-ring and the clamp are separate parts, and a new o-ring with a smear of silicone lubricant is worth fitting at the same time so the new lid seals properly from the first start.
