Product details

Pentair 355619Z is the seal bracket O-ring for SuperFlo and Pinnacle pumps. It seals the joint between the seal bracket and the pump housing.

Which O-ring this is

A pool pump has several O-rings and they are not interchangeable. This one sits at the seal bracket, behind the volute, rather than under the lid or around the diffuser. If water is weeping from the seam between the bracket and the housing when the pump runs, this is the seal in question.

Replace it with the shaft seal

The main reason to open a pump at this joint is a shaft seal replacement. The O-ring has been compressed in place for years by then, and it will not seal reliably a second time. Fitting a new one while the pump is already apart is the difference between one repair and two.
