Full rated or up rated
Those two labels describe the motor rating, not the wet end. A 2 HP full rated pump and a 2-1/2 HP up rated pump move the same water and share this impeller. What does matter is high flow versus standard: this is the high flow part, so confirm your pump model rather than working from horsepower alone.
What a worn impeller looks like
Impeller wear is gradual, so few owners notice the flow going. It usually turns up somewhere else: a pressure side cleaner that has gone slow, a heater cycling on flow, a longer time to prime, or a filter pressure reading that has quietly dropped. Vanes that are eroded, chipped or packed with debris all produce the same result.
While the pump is open
The mechanical seal sits directly behind the impeller and comes out in the same teardown, so replace it at the same time. The impeller locking screw and the matching high flow diffuser are available separately if either is damaged.
