Product details

The Pentair 356175Z is the strainer pot kit in almond for the 3 HP IntelliFlo3 variable speed pool pump. It is the genuine Pentair part, the housing on the front of the pump that holds the strainer basket.

When you need one

The strainer pot takes the abuse on a pump: a dropped lid, a freeze, a wrench slipped on the lid ring. Once it cracks or the lid seat is damaged, the pump pulls air, loses prime or runs with a stream of bubbles in the lid. A new pot puts the suction side back to airtight.
