This is a seal and gasket kit for the Hayward® TriStar pump, sold as the TriStar Go Kit. It gathers the soft parts of the pump into one order.
Why a kit
When a pool pump starts to weep, the cause is almost always a hardened shaft seal or a flattened gasket rather than a failed casting. Those parts are cheap individually but easy to get wrong when they are ordered one at a time, and a rebuild goes badly when one piece turns out to be missing. A kit removes that problem.
