Jandy R0465800 is the large valve diverter for the Never Lube valve, listed for models 4718 and 4719. It is a new OEM Jandy part.
What it is
The diverter is the moving piece inside the valve. When you turn the handle, it is the diverter that swings across and sends water to one port instead of another. Everything else in the valve body exists to hold it in position and seal around its edges, which is why a worn diverter shows up as flow reaching a port that is supposed to be shut.
When to change it
The usual complaint is a valve that no longer fully closes off a leg. Turn the handle to its stop and water still moves where it should not, or two circuits both get partial flow when only one should. Once the valve top is off, swapping the diverter is quick, so check the seal and the handle at the same visit rather than opening the valve twice.
