Product details

The Skimlite SS16 is a DuraPro series pocket leaf rake with a 16 inch fine mesh net, built on a plated spring steel frame.

Frame and net

The frame is made from pure, original plated spring steel designed to resist rust, corrosion and breakage under normal use. The net is adhered to the frame with a patented method, and the frame is wrapped in a protective vinyl tubing that takes the wear from contact with the pool wall and steps.

Where it fits in the DuraPro lineup

The SS16 uses a rake style frame with a 16 inch fine mesh pocket, sized above the square pocket nets in the same series, the 4 inch SS4 and the 10 inch rake style SS10, and matched by a coarse mesh version of the same 16 inch size.

Care

The vinyl tubing around the frame can be replaced on its own once it wears through, so the whole net does not need to be replaced for that alone.
