Product details

The Pentair K12004 is the white automatic regulator valve with its cap, sold as a kit, for the Kreepy Krauly suction side pool cleaner. It is the genuine part, molded in plastic to match the original.

What the valve does

A suction cleaner runs on the pump, and the amount of suction it gets decides whether it works. Too much and the cleaner sprints, climbs the wall and breaks the surface. Too little and it stalls in a corner. The automatic regulator valve holds the flow in the range the cleaner was built for without anyone adjusting a thing, so when it fails the cleaner starts behaving badly for no obvious reason.
