Product details

The CMP 25800-110-000 is a 1 inch PVC ball valve with slip (socket) fittings on both ends.

What it does

A ball valve uses a ball with a hole through its center to control flow. A quarter turn of the handle rotates the ball to fully open or fully close the line, which makes it a quick way to shut off flow to a pump, filter, or other equipment.

Fit and compatibility

Both ends are sized for 1 inch PVC pipe and are slip fit, meant to be solvent welded in place.

Before you order

Check that your pipe run is 1 inch before ordering, since this valve is not sized for other pipe diameters. Because both ends are slip fit, plan on cutting into the pipe run to install or replace this valve, rather than unscrewing it from threaded fittings.
