Product details

The Poolstyle PS540 is a five piece maintenance kit put together for vinyl liner pools. It covers the weekly jobs with one purchase: a weighted liner vac head, a standard leaf net, a large thermometer with string, an 18 inch curved polybristle brush and a basic pH and chlorine test kit.

Why the vinyl version matters

A liner is soft, and the wrong tools mark it. The vac head here is weighted so it stays on the floor rather than riding up, and the brush uses polybristle rather than stainless wire. Stainless brushes belong on plaster and gunite; used on a liner they can score it. Buying the kit matched to your pool surface avoids that.

The 18 inch curved brush

Vinyl pools have a cove where the wall meets the floor, and a flat brush rides over it. The curved brush follows that shape, so algae does not get a place to sit.

What you still need

The vac head, net and brush all mount on a standard telescopic pole. The pole and the vacuum hose are not part of this kit, so add them if you do not already have them.
