The Century ST1202 is a 2 HP, full rated, energy efficient pool pump motor for 230V service, with a 1.20 service factor. It is the replacement motor for Hayward Super Pump and Super II pumps, the SP1600, SP1600X, SP2600 and SP2600X series.

Full rated, 2600 series

Full rated means the 2 HP on the nameplate is the continuous rating, with the 1.20 service factor on top of it. Match the motor to a full rated 2 HP impeller and diffuser so the pump runs where it was designed to. The 2 HP full rate impeller and diffuser kit for the Super II is sold separately.

Century and A.O. Smith

Century is the A.O. Smith pool and spa motor brand, so you will see the ST1202 under either name. They are the same motor.
