Product details

The Hayward CL100 is an automatic in-line chlorine feeder for aboveground pools. It holds 4.2 lb of tablets and takes 3 inch trichlor or bromine.

Steady dosing instead of shocking and hoping

A tablet feeder plumbed into the return line meters sanitizer out while the pump runs, which holds a level far more evenly than dropping tablets in a skimmer. The dial control valve sets how fast that happens, so you can dial the pool in rather than guess. Start low, test after a couple of days, and adjust from there.

Living with it

Two details matter day to day. The X-Ring seal is built to last and to let the cover come off without a fight, and the Easy-Lok threaded cover gives safe access when you top up tablets. Multiple connection options mean it can be worked into a range of aboveground plumbing layouts without rebuilding the pad.
