The Intermatic T10004RT1 is a pool and spa control panel supplied as one unit: a heavy duty Type 3R metal power and load center with a 100 W transformer and a T104M mechanical time clock already installed.
Why an all in one center
On a lot of pads the time clock, the low voltage supply for lighting and the switching all end up in separate boxes added over the years. Buying the panel with the transformer and mechanism already fitted puts them in one enclosure and cuts the wiring down to the connections that actually matter.
Room to add to it
The load center is designed to take additional Intermatic mechanisms and components, so a second circuit or another function can be added later without a new enclosure. Wiring devices can be mounted inside using standoffs, which are sold separately, and there is a knockout in the side of the box for an extra device.
