Product details

The Sta-Rite 24801-0101 is the manifold for the System 3 SD series DE filter, model S8D110. It is the genuine factory part.

What it does

Inside a DE filter, the grids stand in a frame and drain into a manifold. Filtered water collects there and leaves the tank through the outlet. If the manifold cracks, splits at a port or warps, the seal to the grids is lost, water bypasses the media, and DE powder shows up in the pool.

Before you order

Confirm the label on the tank reads S8D110. Replacing the manifold means opening the tank and lifting the grid assembly out, so it is a good moment to inspect the grids and the tie rod at the same time.
