Polaris Genuine OEM Outer Bearing 2 Pack, Robotic Cleaner

The Polaris R0639100 is a two pack of genuine outer bearings for the Polaris Sport robotic cleaners. These are the bearings that connect the brush rollers to the separator, and they fit the 9300 Sport, 9300xi Sport, 9350 Sport, 9400 Sport, 9450 Sport, 9550 Sport and 9650iQ Sport.

Why they wear

The outer bearings turn every time the rollers do, in chlorinated water full of grit. When they go the roller starts to grind or squeal, wobbles at the separator end, or stops turning freely, and the brushes stop scrubbing properly.

Fitting

Pull the roller, swap the old bearings for the new pair and refit. It is worth changing them at the same time as a new roller kit or separator so the new parts are not run on tired bearings.
