Product details

Polaris R0517000 is the replacement propeller for the 9300, 9300xi and 9400 robotic pool cleaners. It is the original Polaris factory part.

Why the propeller matters

A robotic cleaner picks up debris by moving water. The propeller is what does that: it pulls water and everything suspended in it through the body of the cleaner and into the filter. When the blades wear down or chip, flow drops, and the cleaner starts pushing dirt around instead of collecting it. The usual symptom is a cleaner that still drives its normal pattern and returns with an almost empty filter.

Before you order

Check the filter first, since a clogged canister produces the same complaint. If the filter is clean and the propeller blades are visibly worn, chipped or damaged, this is the part. It is supplied on its own, without the motor or housing.
