Polaris Genuine OEM Wheel Bushing Set

The Polaris R0518500 is the genuine wheel bushing set for the 9300 Sport, 9300xi Sport and 9400 Sport robotic pool cleaners. Each set services one wheel, so plan on one set per wheel you are rebuilding.

Why bushings matter

The bushings sit between the wheel and its axle and take all the rotation. As they wear the wheel starts to rock, the robot tracks unevenly and it loses its grip on walls. A new set brings the wheel back to a tight, true fit and is a cheap fix compared with replacing the wheel or drive parts.

Fitting

Remove the wheel, lift out the old bushings, press the new ones in and refit the wheel. It is a good habit to change the bushings at the same time as a new front or rear wheel or tire, since the old bushings will wear a new wheel prematurely.
