What worn rollers look like
The rollers are what put the cleaner in contact with the pool. They provide the grip that lets the unit climb walls and the scrubbing that lifts film off the floor. As the surface wears smooth, the cleaner starts slipping on the climb, loses its footing partway up, and finishes a full cycle having left a haze behind.
